The above-captioned case was scheduled for hearing on September 30, 2008 at 1:00 P.M.  At that time, the Applicant advised the Board that she would close down the mercantile occupancy and convert it to a single apartment unit, thereby effectively converting this building to a three-family house.  Accordingly, it was determined that no action should be taken by the Board at this time.  However, the Board directed the Applicant to so advise the Building Official of Woonsocket that there would be an official change to this building, and to provide the Woonsocket Fire Marshal's Office with approved documentation that the lower level of this facility shall no longer maintain a commercial use.  In light of the above, the Board shall close this file.
