The above-captioned case was scheduled for hearing on March 23, 2004 at 1:00 P.M.  At that time, Chairman Farrell and Commissioners Preiss, Evans, Burlingame and Coutu were present.  The fire service was represented by Assistant Deputy State Fire Marshal Susan Hawksley of the East Greenwich Fire Marshal’s Office.  During the hearing on this matter, the Board was advised and finds that the Applicant has corrected the cited deficiency in the March 18, 2004 inspection report and therefore the Board finds this appeal to be moot.  In the event that the Applicant or the East Greenwich Fire Marshal’s Office wishes to return to the Board within the next thirty (30) days to address this or any other issue, they may so do so under the original file number.
