The registration fee is collected by the State of Rhode Island.
The enhanced access fee:
This electronic government service includes an enhanced access fee that allows RI.gov to deliver this and other important services with a minimal of tax funding. This fee is paid to Rhode Island Interactive, a third party, that provides these services for RI.gov and thus is not considered revenue for the State of Rhode Island.
