The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Jonathan Ortiz with one count of first degree child molestation and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
It is alleged that on or about dates between September 1, 2011 and March 18, 2012, Ortiz molested a child under the age of 14, with the molestation being in the first degree. It is further alleged that Ortiz knowingly contributed to the delinquency of a minor.
The alleged events took place in Woonsocket, and the Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Ortiz is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 22, 2013.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Anderson Price with one count of domestic assault with intent to murder, five counts of domestic assault with a deadly weapon and one count of domestic strangulation.
It is alleged that on or about February 8, 2013, Price committed domestic assault with intent to kill by attacking and attempting to strangle an individual with whom he had a relationship. It is further alleged that Price used dangerous weapons in the assault, to wit, his hands, knee, foot and fist, as well as a scarf.
The alleged events took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Price is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 22, 2013.
