On November 3, 2009 at 4PM Troopers arrested Ryan M. Park (27) of 428 Old Plainfield Pike, Scituate, RI for Affidavit/Arrest warrant on a Domestic Assault charge originating out of Scituate PD. The subject was processed and turned over to the Scituate PD. The arrest was the result of an investigation at the Barracks.

At 10:30 PM Troopers arrested Kyle Decosta, age 22, of 71 Daggett Avenue, Pawtucket, RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Breath Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 East after observing the vehicles erratic operation. Mr. Decosta was transported to the Scituate Barracks for processing, and was released after being special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
