On November 3, 2009, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force, along with Deputy United States Marshals, arrested Darryl McKenny, age 26, of 90 Wilson Street, 3rd Floor Apartment, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Superior Court Bench Warrant for 3rd Degree Sexual Assault; 2) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender; 3) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from Pawtucket Police for Sex Offender Registration Violation; 4) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Possession of Marijuana; 5) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sex Offender Address Change. McKenny was returned to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and turned over to Pawtucket Police.
On November 3, 2009, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Samuel Ruiz, age 40, at 49 Sumner Street 2nd, Pawtucket, RI. Mr. Ruiz had an active Providence Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Costs (32F Filed) for Simple Assault. Mr. Ruiz was returned to the Lincoln Barracks and processed.
On November 3, 2009, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Stephanie A. Cruz, age 23, at 49 Summer Street, 2nd Floor, Pawtucket, RI. Cruz was wanted on an active Arrest Warrant issued by the Pawtucket Police Department for Filing a False Police Report. Cruz was taken to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and released to members of the Pawtucket Police Department.
On November 3, 2009, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested John Powers, age 48, at 330 Orient Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. Powers was wanted on the following two Superior Court Warrants: 1) Failure To Appear for Execution of Sentence on a Possession of Marijuana charge; and 2) Failure To Appear for Cost Review on a charge of Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance. Powers was taken to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and transported to Superior Court.
