On November 19, 2009, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force, accompanied by a Deputy United States Marshal, arrested Ted Bollinger, age 25, of 470 Branch Avenue, 3rd Floor, Providence, Rhode Island, as a Parole Violator. Bollinger was returned to the Intake Service Center of the Adult Correctional Institutions.

On November 19, 2009, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Frederick Weiss, age 57, at 131 Pleasant Street, Warwick, RI. Weiss was wanted on the following two Superior Court Warrants: 1) Failure to Appear for Sentencing Violation on a Possession of Controlled Substance charge; and 2) Failure to Appear for Cost Review on a charge of Possession of Schedule I-V Substance. Weiss was taken to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and transported to Superior Court.

On November 19, 2009, members of the Financial Crimes Unit, accompanied by a Trooper, arrested Anthony Assermelly, age 27, of 39 Myrtle Street, Apt 3F, Pawtucket, RI, for the following: 1) Harboring a Fugitive; 2) Domestic Assault - 3rd Offense; and 3) Obstruction. Assermelly was taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and ordered held on $10,000.00 surety bail. Assermelly was subsequently transported to the ACI Intake Service Center.

On November 19, 2009, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Gary Maddox, age 25, of 38 Seabury Street, Providence, RI, for Conspiracy and Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses over $500.00. Maddox was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and ordered held on $10,000 bail with surety.

On November 19, 2009, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested April Anderson, age 30, of 39 Myrtle Street, Apt 3F, Pawtucket, RI, for Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses over $500.00. Anderson was taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released on $1,000.00 personal recognizance.
