At 11:55 PM Troopers arrested Frank B. Delmastro, age 43, of 142 Lockwood Street, West Warwick on the charge of Disorderly Conduct. Arrest result of check of road walker hitchhiking in the lane of travel on Route 3, Nooseneck Hill Road in West Greenwich. Subject was held at the barracks prior to AM arraignment.

Arrest result of 911 call to barracks for drunk driver on Route 95 south in Richmond. Subject held overnight pending arraignment in the morning
