At 3:30 PM Troopers arrested Skye Howell, age 21, of 113 Sassafras Street Providence on a 6th District Court Capias for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License out of Lincoln Barracks. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by Trooper O’Neil. Howell was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and turned over to Women’s Intake.
At 11:00 PM, Troopers arrested Isaac R. Ventura, age 20, of 124B Fillmore Street, Unit 65, Providence on a 6th District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to pay on the original Charge of Possession of Marijuana. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North at Route 10. Ventura was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
At 11:40 PM, Troopers arrested Lisa Armenti, age 54, of 2215 Elmwood Avenue, Providence, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence/Refusal. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South at Thurbers Avenue in the City of Providence. Armenti was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later released upon being special arraigned.
At 12:50 AM, Troopers arrested Angelica M. Jasso age 20, of 66, Glenham Street, Providence on a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct originating from The Lincoln Woods Barracks. Arrest was the result of Jasso responding to the barracks to post bail for Mr. Ventura and subsequent procedural inquiry showcasing an active warrant. Jasso was processed and later released upon being special arraigned.
At 1:00 AM, Troopers arrested Brent D. Ryan age, 34, of 10 White Street, Newport, for Driving Under the Influence/Refusal. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South at Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick. Ryan was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later released upon being special arraigned.
At 7:00 AM, Troopers arrested Joshawn D. Jones age, 21 of 6T Rolling Green Drive, Fall River, Massachusetts for 1.) Eluding/Reckless Driving and 2.) Operating with a Suspended License. Arrest was the result of a follow up investigation by Troopers Richardson, Gadrow, Navarro and Silveria. Jones led Troopers on a high-speed pursuit on the evening of 2/5/10 on Route 195 East in the City of East Providence. Jones subsequently turned himself in at the Lincoln Woods barracks, where he was processed and held pending arraignment.
