Corrections Director Ashbel T. Wall II has announced the promotion of William Devine of Warwick, a 21-year veteran of the Department, to Correctional Officer Lieutenant.
Lieutenant Devine is assigned to the Donald Price Medium Security Facility. He has also worked at the Intake Service Center and Minimum Security. He holds an Associates Degree in Corrections from the Community College of Rhode Island and is a 1983 graduate of North Kingstown High School.
