On Monday October 8, 2012, At 9:23AM, a Trooper arrested James Fraser, age 36, of 88 West Warwick, Rhode Island for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on the Charge of Operating on a Suspended License from Johnston PD. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick. Subject was processed at the Wickford Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution-Intake center.
On Tuesday October 9, 2012, At 1:10 AM Troopers arrested Marlon Estupinian Sanchez, age 26, of 38 Lawrence Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs 1st Offense B.A.C. - Unknown and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – 2nd Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Providence Street in the Town of West Warwick. Subject was processed at the Wickford Barracks and then transported to State Police Headquarters to await arraignment.
