On November 14, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI arrested Frank M. Perry, age 55, having a last known address of 34 Parkside Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Violation of Community Supervision. Perry appeared before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third Division District Court, where he pled not guilty to the aforementioned charge. Judge Houlihan set bail at $2,000 personal recognizance and scheduled a pre-trial hearing for November 28, 2012.
On November 14, 2012, members of HIDTA arrested Alexander Quintana, age 28, of 5 Bailey Street, Cranston, RI, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the following charges: 1) Possession of 1 ounce to 1 kilo of Crack Cocaine; 2) Possession of Crack Cocaine with Intent to Deliver; 3) Conspiracy to Possess 1 ounce to 1 kilo of Crack Cocaine; and 4) Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine. Quintana was arrigned in Third District Court before the Honorable Judge Isherwood, where he was held without bail on the current charges and for being a Superior Court Violator on a prior charge of Possession with Intent.
