On December 11th, at 11:00 AM, Troopers, arrested Eric S. MacKinnon, age 39, of 1659 Main Street, Coventry, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay Hearing on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Legris Avenue, in the Town of West Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and then turned over to Third District Court.
On December 11th, at 1:26 PM, Troopers, arrested Elizabeth Avery, age 30, of 37 Pennsylvania Avenue, West Warwick, RI for a Family Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Non-Payment of Child Support. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on School Street, in the Town of West Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to Sixth District Court.
On December 11th, at 6:23 PM, Troopers, arrested Bernabe Bermudez, age 61, of 8688 Emmett Street, Central Falls, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay Hearing on the charge of Driving Without a License originating out of the State Police-Wickford Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North, in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, special arraigned by JP Robinson, and released after posting the full bail amount.
