On January 3rd, 2013, at 3:00 PM, Troopers, arrested David Estrada, age 25, of 10 West Street, Woonsocket, RI on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License from the Smithfield Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
On Jaunuary 3rd, 2013 at 10:32 PM, Troopers, arrested Ronald Gomes, age 43 of 133 Parkway Drive, Warwick, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs (BAC Unknown), First Offense. 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 north in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford barracks, processed and later arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of his wife.
On January 4th, 2013 at 1:51 AM, Troopers, arrested Lawrence Rowland, age 35, 894 Wapping Road, Portsmouth, RI for a 2nd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear / Ability to Pay on an original charge of driving on a suspended license out of Middletown Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Third Street, in the City of Newport. Rowland was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released after posting the required cash bail.
