At 10:00AM troopers arrested Joshua Perry, age 19, of 33 Wall Street, New London, CT for 1)Breaking and Entering and 2)Larceny under $1500. Arrest was the result of the subject responding to the barracks due to an affidavit & arrest warrant having been issued by the Wickford Barracks. Perry was arraigned at the barracks by a Justice of the Peace and released pending future courts dates at the 4th Division of the District Court, Wakefield.
At 2:57 PM, a trooper arrested Yordany Dominguez, age 22, of 114 Colfax Street-Apt. #1, Providence for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on the original charge of Obstructing a Police Officer out of the North Kingstown Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Warwick. Dominguez was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
