The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Kevin Young with one count of first degree robbery and one count of conspiracy.
It is alleged that on or about October 31, 2012, Young, along with one unnamed co-conspirator and one unidentified co-conspirator, conspired to and did rob an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree.
The alleged event took place in Providence, and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Young has been held without bail since his arrest on October 31, 2012, and is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 6, 2013.
Joseph Chiarella, DOB: 10/21/64 126 Homer Street Providence, RI P1-2013-0184A
The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Joseph Chiarella with one count of first degree child molestation and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
It is alleged that on or about dates between August 13, 2012 and August 17, 2012, Chiarella sexually molested a child 14 years old or under, with the molestation being in the first degree. It is further alleged that Chiarella knowingly and willfully contributed to the delinquency of a minor by allowing a child under the age of 16 years to watch pornographic movies, operate a motor vehicle and consume alchohol.
The alleged incidents took place in Providence, and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Chiarella has been held without bail since his arrest on September 7, 2012, and is and is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 6, 2013.

The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging John Clark, James Tolston, Jennifer Root and Olando Delvalle each with one count of first degree robbery and one count of conspiracy.
It is alleged that on or about August 22, 2012, Clark, Tolston, Root and Delvalle, along with an unidentified co-conspirator, conspired to and did rob an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree.
The alleged event took place in Providence, and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Bail for Clark was set at $40,000 with surety. Bail for Root was set at $5,000 with surety. Tolston and Delvalle are being held without bail. Clark, Root, Tolston and Delvalle are all scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 6, 2013.
Joseph Andreozzi, DOB: 9/12/66 100 Federal Road Barrington, RI P1-2013-0186A
The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Joseph Andreozzi with one count of obstructing the judicial system and one count of cyberstalking.
It is alleged that on or about August 29, 2012, Andreozzi harassed his ex-wife via electronic communications. It is further alleged that between August 30, 2012 and August 31, 2012, Andreozzi endeavored to obstruct or impede due administration of justice.
The alleged events took place in Barrington, and the Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation. Personal recognizance was set at $1,000 and Andreozzi is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 6, 2013.
Douglas White, DOB: 2/22/78 84 Allston Street Providence, RI P1-2013-0187A
The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Douglas White with one count of murder and one count of larceny over $500.
It is alleged that between April 15, 2012 and April 19, 2012, White murdered Donna Oliver and stole her flat screen TV.
The alleged events took place in Providence, and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. White is currently serving a sentence for an unrelated matter.
