At 3:10 PM Troopers arrested Jeffrey Onda, age23, of 171 Louis Ave, Elmont, NY for 1). Possession of a controlled substance (Oxycodone) and 2). Driving in possession of a controlled substance. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Robinson and later released.
