At approximately 11:15 AM, Troopers arrested Frank Bonilla, age 50, of 21 Mill Street West Warwick, RI on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on an original charge of Driving on a Suspended License from the West Warwick Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Turnpike in the Town of West Warwick. Bonilla was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Third District Court.
At approximately 5:10 PM Troopers arrested Athenna Manuel, age 29, of 10 West Elderkin Avenue, Groton, CT for Duty to Stop in Accidents resulting in Damage to attended vehicle. Arrest was the result of a barracks investigation into a hit and run accident Manuel was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and later released with a future Third District Court Date.
