At 1:08 PM, Troopers arrested Robert Conley, age 44, of 151 Wrentham Road Bellingham, MA for Duty to Stop-Accident Resulting- Damage to Attended Vehicle. The arrest was the result of the subject responding to the barracks and Troopers questioning the subject who then admitted to the charge. Conley was processed at the Scituate Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released.
At 3:45 PM, Troopers arrested Scott Lindsay, age 35, of 18 Claremont Avenue Providence, RI for an Affidavit /Arrest Warrant originating out of the Providence Police Department on the original charge of Simple Domestic Assault. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Scituate Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
At 7:25 PM Troopers arrested Robert Forrest Jr., age: 20 of 1940 Post Road, RM#103, Warwick, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Fraudulent checks (over $1500). The arrest was the result of an investigation of a complaint taken by Trooper S. Brown. Subject was arrested in the parking lot of the Comfort Inn, 1940 Post Road, Warwick, transported to Headquarters for processing, arraigned by JP Raspallo and released pending a PAC date of July 9, 2013.
At 10:49 PM Troopers arrested Manuel E. Almonte, age 31 187 Union Avenue providence for DUI 1st Offense .15 or Greater. Breath Test Phase I .163, Phase II .163. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. Almonte was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, special arraigned by JP Raspallo and released.
At 2:15 AM Troopers arrested Carlos James, age 30, 191 Cranston Street Providence for DUI 1st Offense .15 or Greater. Breath Test Phase I. 285. Breath Test Phase II .287. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Tobey Street in the City of Providence. James was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
