Sergio Fernandes, DOB: 1/3/90 27 Vale Street Pawtucket, RI P1-2013-2485A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Sergio Fernandes with four counts of first degree child molestation and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
It is alleged that on or about dates between December 1, 2012 and December 31, 2014, Fernandes molested a child under the age of 14, with the molestation being in the first degree. It is further alleged that Fernandes contributed to a delinquency of a minor.
The alleged events took place in Pawtucket and the Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Fernandes is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on September 11, 2013.
Michael Thibodeau, DOB: 10/9/92 325 Glover Street Providence, RI P1-2013-2486A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Michael Thibodeau with one count of burglary, two counts of first degree robbery, three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of vandalism and one count of conspiracy.
It is alleged that on or about May 6, 2013, Thibodeau, along with three unnamed co-conspirators, conspired to and did burglarize a home and robbed its occupants. It is further alleged that in doing so, Thibodeau assaulted the occupants with a firearm, and also damaged a sliding glass door and window.
The alleged events took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Thibodeau is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on September 11, 2013.
