The Washington County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Kyle Log with one count of first degree sexual assault. The alleged assaulted took place on or about July 15, 2013 in Charlestown. The Charlestown Police conducted the investigation. Log, who is currently on home confinement, is scheduled to be arraigned in Washington County Superior Court on September 30, 2013.
