The Statewide Grand Jury reported out a secret indictment charging Amilio Feliciano with three counts of first degree child molestation and two counts of child molestation. It is alleged that on or about dates between January 1, 2008 and May 1, 2010 Feliciano molested a person 14 years or younger. It is further alleged that on or about dates between November 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012, Feliciano molested another person 14 years or younger.
The alleged molestations took place in Providence and Johnston. The Providence and Johnston Police conducted the investigation. Feliciano was arraigned yesterday in Providence County Superior Court and is currently held without bail with the next court appearance scheduled October 30, 2013 for a determination of attorney.
