The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Jacorey Bryant and Ira Malcom each with one count of first degree robbery.
It is alleged that on or about July 18, 2013 Bryant and Malcom robbed a victim of his cell phone and cash. The incident occurred inside a room of the Motel 6 located in Warwick, RI. The Warwick Police conducted the investigation.
The alleged event took place in Warwick and the Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Bryant and Malcom are scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on December 6, 2013.
