Stephen Ricco, DOB: 1/24/73 1 Tupperware Drive North Smithfield, RI P1-2014-0772ADV
The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Stephen Ricco with one count of first degree sexual assault/domestic, one count of strangulation/domestic, and two counts of simple assault/domestic.
It is alleged that on or about November 28, 2013, Ricco sexually and physically assaulted, including assault by strangulation, a woman with whom he was in a domestic relationship.
The alleged incident took place in North Smithfield and the North Smithfield Police handled the investigation. Ricco is currently held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 9, 2014.
