Interim Report of the Statewide Grand Jury (Reported March 26, 2014)

Gabriel Acosta, DOB: 3/14/94 207 Cranston Street Providence, RI K1-2014-0227B

Soilandro Disla, DOB: 9/29/91 53 Landen Street Providence, RI K1-2014-0227C

Juan Morel, DOB: 6/24/93 39 Ontario Street Providence, RI K1-2014-0227D

The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Adalberto Martinez, Gabriel Acosta, Soilandro Disla, and Juan Morel each with burglary, first degree robbery, assault with a dangerous weapon in a dwelling and conspiracy.

It is alleged that on or about June 29, 2013, the four defendants burglarized a home in West Greenwich where they tied up the homeowner, pointed a pistol at him and demanded money. It is further alleged the individuals robbed the homeowner of electronics, cash and other items.

The alleged incident took place in West Greenwich. The Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation. All four defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on April 11, 2014.
