Daquan Watts, age 20 80 Pembroke Street Providence, RI P1-2014-1482BG
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Jose Lopez and Daquan Watts each with murder, discharge of a firearm while committing a crime of violence, conspiracy, and carrying a firearm without a license. It is alleged that Lopez and Watts murdered Ryan Almeida outside his mother's Pawtucket apartment on Christmas Eve.
The Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Lopez and Watts are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on May 30, 2014.
Yatniel Padilla, age 33 33 Paradis Ave. Woonsocket, RI P1-2014-1483ADV
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Yatniel Padilla with first degree sexual assault domestic, assault with a dangerous weapon domestic, simple assault domestic, refusal to relinquish a telephone, larceny under $1,500 and resisting arrest.
It is alleged that on our about dates between January 12, 2014 and January 15, 2014, Padilla sexually and physically assaulted a women with whom he was in a domestic relationship.
The alleged events took place in Woonsocket. The Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Padilla is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on June 4, 2014.

Maria Rojas, age 26 7 Garvey Street Pawtucket, RI P1-2014-1484E
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Josue Laboy, Julian Diaz, Thomas Sanchez, Christopher Xavier and Maria Rojas each with one count of conspiracy and three counts of first degree robbery.
It is alleged on or about February 16, 2014, Laboy, Diaz, Sanchez, Xavier and Rojas conspired to commit robbery and did rob three individuals. The alleged robberies took place in Pawtucket.
The Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. All five are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on June 4, 2014.
