PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Lt. Governor Daniel McKee issued a statement Sunday on the passing of Sister Ann Keefe:
"Sister Ann Keefe was a champion of peace and justice whose work touched the lives of many in Rhode Island during her decades of selfless service. She so often provided a voice for those who did not have one or did not feel empowered to use it. Our state was a better place for her activism and kindness, and her loss will be deeply felt."
