PROVIDENCE, RI - Governor Gina M. Raimondo will sign an executive order tomorrow to improve the state's regulatory process in an effort to make Rhode Island a more welcoming place to start and grow a business.
The goal of the order is to make sure that regulations do not impose unnecessary burdens on businesses and residents.
