The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Richard Skally with burglary, breaking and entering while the resident is on the premise and simple assault and battery. It is alleged that on or about June 20, 2014, Skally broke into a residence in Pawtucket and assaulted the resident.
The Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Skally is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 20, 2015.
Homero Leite, age 38 349 Pleasant Street Pawtucket, RI P1-2015-1344ADV
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Homero Leite with one count of first degree domestic sexual assault. It is alleged that on or about dates between January 29, 2015 and January 30, 2015, Leite sexually assaulted a female with whom he was in a domestic relationship. The alleged incident took place in Pawtucket.
The Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Leite is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 20, 2015.
Kevin Jeffrie, age 53 AKA Kenneth Harris AKA Leotis Harris 133 Hillcrest Ave Providence, RI P1-2015-1345A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Kevin Jeffrie with burglary, assault on a person over 60 years of age and breaking and entering on a person over 60 years of age.
It is alleged that on or about December 22, 2104, Jeffrie broke into a home and assaulted the resident who was over 60 years of age. The alleged incident took place in Providence.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Jeffrie is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 20, 2015.
Richard Hultgren, age 68 70 Warwick Avenue Cranston, RI P1-2015-1346A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Richard Hultgren with burglary, second degree sexual assault, simple assault and assault with the intent to commit sexual assault.
It is alleged that on or about February 19, 2015, Hultgren burglarized a home and physically and sexually assaulted the resident. The alleged incident took place in Cranston.
The Cranston Police conducted the investigation. Hultgren is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 20, 2015.
India Smith, age 20 149 Rushmore Street Providence, RI P1-2015-1348A
Joyce Smith, age 20 149 Rushmore Street Providence, RI P1-2015-1348B
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Indian and Joyce Smith, twin sisters, each with first degree robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. It is alleged that on or about March 4, 2015, the India sisters conspired to rob an individual and did rob that person, with the robbery being in the first degree.
The alleged incident took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Both defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 20, 2015.
