Interim Report of the Providence County Grand Jury (Reported June 10, 2015)

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Alejandra Hernandez and Jamil Malik Gray each with first degree robbery and conspiracy.

It is alleged that on or about a day or time between April 16, 2015 and April 17, 2015, Hernandez and Gray, along with an unknown co-conspirator, conspired to and did rob an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree.

The alleged incident took place in Pawtucket. The Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Both defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 1, 2015.

Clifton Jamar Johnson, age 20

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Clifton Jamar Johnson with two counts of first degree robbery, three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, and one count of conspiracy.

It is alleged that on or about November 19, 2014, Johnson, along with unknown co-conspirators, conspired and robbed two individuals. It is further alleged that Johnson assaulted a third individual with a firearm.

The alleged incidents took place in Pawtucket. The Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Johnson is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 1, 2015.
