Interim Report of the Statewide Grand Jury (Reported July 15, 2015)

The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Mayovanex Oleaga and Jeffrey DeJesus each with two counts of conspiracy, one count of burglary, and two counts of first degree robbery. Oleaga is also charged with one count of resisting arrest.

It is alleged that on or about April 19, 2015, Oleaga and DeJesus conspired to commit burglary and robbery. It is further alleged that the two burglarized a residence in Central Falls and robbed two individuals. In addition, it is alleged that Oleaga resisted police when he was arrested.

The alleged incidents took place in Central Falls and the Central Falls Police conducted the investigation. Oleaga and DeJesus are both being held without bail and are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence Superior Court on Thursday, July 16, 2015.
