The Statewide Grand Jury reported out a secret indictment charging Daniel Racine with reckless driving death resulting and street racing.
It is alleged that on or about December 31, 2014, Racine engaged in street racing on James P. Murphy Highway in West Warwick and operated a motor vehicle in reckless disregard for the safety of others, with the death of Antonio "Tony" Vargas ensuing as a result.
The West Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Racine is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on November 13, 2015.
Leo Laplume (age 45)

The Statewide Grand Jury reported out a secret indictment charging Leo Laplume with two counts of first degree child molestation and three counts of second degree child molestation.
It is alleged that on or about days and dates between September 1, 2004 and June 1, 2005, and again on days and dates between September 1, 2007 and June 30, 2008, Laplume molested a child 14 years of age or younger, with the molestation being in the first and second degree.
The alleged events took place in Warwick, and the Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Laplume is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on November 13, 2015.

It is alleged that on or about days and dates between September 1, 2014 and July 4, 2015, O'Loughlin molested a child 14 years of age or younger, with the molestation being in the first and second degree.
The alleged events took place in Warwick, and the Warwick Police conducted the investigation. O'Loughlin is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on November 13, 2015.
