The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Alan Jennings with one count of first degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about a date between June 1, 2014 and August 23, 2014, Jennings molested a person 14 years of age or under.
The alleged incident took place in Woonsocket. The Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Jennings is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 9, 2015.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Alexander Hardy, Clifford Moten, and Noel Brown each with one count of first degree robbery, one count of conspiracy, one count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence, one count of possession of a firearm without a license, and one count of possession or a firearm while committing a crime of violence.
It is alleged that on or about September 8, 2015, Hardy, Moten and Brown conspired to commit first degree robbery, and did rob an individual at gunpoint.
The alleged incident took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Hardy, Moten, and Brown are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on November 24, 2015.
