The Kent County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Henry Bozzo with one count of first degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about August 4, 2015, Bozzo molested a person 14 years of age or under. The alleged incident took place in Warwick. The Rhode Island State Police and the Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Bozzo is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on December 11, 2015.
