The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Joshua Young with first degree robbery, assault with intent to rob, conspiracy, and use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence.
It is alleged that on or about October 1, 2015, Young and two unknown co-conspirators robbed, stabbed, and pistol whipped an individual, and pistol whipped a second individual.
The alleged incidents took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Young is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on March 29, 2016.
Nicholas Foster (age 18) LKA 107 Harriet Street Providence, RI P1-2016-0940A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Nicholas Foster with burglary and possession of a stolen vehicle. It is alleged that on or about September 30, 2015, Foster committed burglary of a home and stole a motor vehicle.
The alleged incidents took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Foster is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 13, 2016.
Joseph Lamontagne (age 62) 197 Eddie Dowling Highway North Smithfield, RI P1-2016-0941A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Joseph Lamontagne with one count of first degree robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon in a dwelling.
It is alleged that on or about December 27, 2015, Lamontagne assaulted and robbed an individual in the victim's residence in Woonsocket. The alleged incident took place in Woonsocket. The Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Lamontagne is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County superior Court on April 13, 2016.
Travis Gray (age 22) 50 Illinois Avenue Central Falls, RI P1-2016-0942A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Travis Gray with four counts of first degree child molestation and one count of second degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about dates between August 16, 2010 and January 2, 2016, Gray molested a girl 14 years of age or younger. The alleged molestation took place in Pawtucket. The Pawtucket Police investigated the alleged incidents. Gray is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County superior Court on April 13, 2016.
Alexis Ramirez (age 19) 338 Branch Avenue Providence, RI P1-2016-0943A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Alexis Ramirez with one count of burglary. It is alleged that on or about September 28, 2015, Ramirez burglarized a residence in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Ramirez is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 13, 2016.
