The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Julie Parlee with one count of first degree robbery, one count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence, and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon. It is alleged that on or about October 17, 2015, the defendant robbed and assaulted an individual with a firearm. The alleged incident took place in North Providence. The North Providence Police conducted the investigation. Parlee is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on June 24, 2016.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Gabriel Flinkfelt, David Markarian, and Tashir Yu Reed each with one count of first degree robbery, one count of conspiracy, one count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence, and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon. It is alleged that on or about January 8, 2016, the three defendants robbed and assaulted an individual using a firearm. The alleged incident took place in Cumberland and the Cumberland Police conducted the investigation.
All three defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on June 24, 2016.
Senthilkumar Kannaiyan (age 43) 22 Doyle Street North Providence, RI P1-2016-1856A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Senthilkumar Kannaiytan with one count of first degree child molestation, six counts of second degree child molestation, and one count of simple assault. It is alleged that on or about dates between August 1, 2011 and January 26, 2015, the defendant molested two individuals 14 years of age or under on multiple occasions. The alleged molestation took place in North Providence and the North Providence Police conducted the investigation.
The defendant will be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 6, 2016.
Emil Pastor Diaz (age 28) 10853 Barberry Drive Atlanta, GA P1-2016-1857A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Emil Pastor Diaz with breaking and entering domestic, domestic strangulation, simple assault domestic, and larceny under $1,500. It is alleged that on or about November 8, 2016, the defendant broke into the residence of a women with whom he was in a relationship with and assaulted and robbed her. The alleged incident took place in Cranston and the Cranston Police conducted the investigation.
The defendant will be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 6, 2016.
