The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Charlton Barrett and Waldy Clark each with one count of first degree robbery, one count of conspiracy, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, and one count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence. Barrett was also indicted on one count of possession of a firearm being previously convicted with a crime of violence.
It is alleged that on or about February 4, 2016, Barrett and Clark robbed an individual at gunpoint. The alleged incident took place in Pawtucket and the Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Barrett is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on August 17, 2016. An arrest warrant has been issued for Clark.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Joshua Matteson with three counts of first degree robbery, two counts of conspiracy, four counts of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence, and two counts of attempted robbery. Lee was indicted on two counts of first degree robbery, two counts of conspiracy, and two counts of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence.
It is alleged that on diverse dates in February 2016, Matteson and Lee robbed two individuals at gunpoint. It is further alleged that on diverse dates in January 2016, Matteson robbed another individual and attempted to rob two others, all at gunpoint.
The alleged incidents took place in Lincoln and Woonsocket, and both the Lincoln and Woonsocket Police Departments investigated the incidents. Matteson and Lee are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on August 17, 2016.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Justice Reyes with burglary, conspiracy and resisting arrest.
It is alleged that on or about February 17, 2016, in the City of Central Falls, Reyes burglarized a residence. The Central Falls Police conducted the investigation. Reyes is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on August 31, 2016.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Michael Harris, Kyle Hancox, and Andrew Tham each with one count of first degree robbery, conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance.
It is alleged that on or about March 30, 2016, in the City of Woonsocket, Harris, Hancox, and Tham robbed an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree. In addition, the defendants were in possession of a controlled substance.
The Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. All three defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on August 31, 2016.
