Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 9:32 AM, Trooper arrested Jose Bonilla, age 43, of 631 Douglas Avenue, Apartment #1, Providence, RI for a Family Court Bench Warrant-Reciprocal Body Attachment for a Non-Criminal Case. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to Family Court.

At 9:50 AM, Trooper arrested Joel Castillo, age 37, of 919 Main Street Apartment #2, Pawtucket, RI for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V originating from the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dartmouth Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to Superior Court.

At 12:01 PM, Trooper arrested Angel Ruiz, age 38, of 158 Merino Street, Providence, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Cranston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to Third District Court.

At 2:30 PM, Troopers arrested Linda Lima, age 45, 16 Rhode Island Avenue, Lincoln, RI for: 1) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Receiving Stolen Goods out of the North Providence Police Department; 2) ) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Forgery and Counterfeiting out of the Cumberland Police Department; 3) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Forgery and Counterfeiting out of the Cumberland Police Department; 4) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on Violation on the original charge of Fraudulent Checks out of the Department of Attorney General; 5) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Forgery and Counterfeiting out of the Providence Police Department; 6) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses out of the Pawtucket Police Department; 7) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. Lima was processed and later turned over to Providence Superior Court.

At 7:30 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph H. Cote, age 60 of 2 Easton Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident Damage to Attended Vehicle 2.) Receiving Stolen Goods Under $500.00 and 3.) Operating on a Suspended License Third Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Headquarters, processed and held overnight pending a morning Sixth District Court Arraignment.
