Christian Boucher (age 40) 2 Ravena Ave., Apt. 1 East Providence, RI P1-2017-3528ADV
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Christian Boucher with one count of second degree murder/domestic and violation of a No Contact Order.
It is alleged that on or about August 26, 2017, Boucher murdered Justine Cavaco, with whom he was involved in a domestic relationship, in the 2nd degree, and that he did violate a No Contact Order.
The alleged incident took place in Providence and the Providence Police Department conducted the investigation. Boucher is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 13, 2017.
Joshua Enos (age 44) 233 High St., Apt. 102 Woonsocket, RI P1-2017-3530A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Joshua Enos with one count of first degree sexual assault.
It is alleged that on or about December 19, 2016, Enos sexually assaulted a female in the first degree.
The alleged incident took place in Woonsocket and the Woonsocket Police Department conducted the investigation. Enos is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on January 3, 2018.
Ranses Franco (age 19) 582 Public St., Apt. 2 Providence, RI P1-2017-3531A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Ranses Franco with one count of first degree child molestation.
It is alleged that on or about June 1, 2017, Franco molested a person under the age of 14 in the first degree.
The alleged incident took place in Lincoln, and the Lincoln Police Department conducted the investigation. Franco is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on January 3, 2018.
Dwayne Kilgore (age 40) 29 Celia St. Providence, RI P1-2017-3532A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Dwayne Kilgore with two counts of first degree child abuse, two counts of first degree child molestation, and one count of second degree child molestation, assault with a dangerous weapon, and simple assault.
It is alleged that on or about a day and date between December 1, 2016 and July 31, 2017, Kilgore physically and sexually molested a person under the age of 14.
The alleged incidents took place in Providence and the Providence Police Department conducted the investigation. Kilgore is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on January 3, 2018.
Madicke Niang (age 44) 26 Hanover St. Providence, RI P1-2017-3533ADV
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Madicke Niang with one count of first degree sexual assault/domestic.
It is alleged that on or about May 27, 2017, Niang sexually assaulted a female in the first degree with whom he was in a domestic relationship.
The alleged incident took place in Pawtucket, and the Pawtucket Police Department conducted the investigation. Niang is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on January 3, 2018.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging William Parenteau, Timothy Ring and Peter Moscarelli each with one count of first degree robbery and one count of conspiracy. Moscarelli was additionally charged with one count of obstructing a police officer.
It is alleged that on or about August 30, 2017, Parenteau, Ring and Moscarelli committed robbery in the first degree; and that Moscarelli knowingly obstructed a police officer.
The alleged incident took place in Johnston, and the Johnston Police Department conducted the investigation. Parenteau, Ring and Moscarelli are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on January 3, 2018.
Robin Sagastume (age 25) 368 Fruit Hill Ave. North Providence, RI P1-2017-3535A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Robin Sagastume with one count of possession of more than one kilo of cocaine, one count of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.
It is alleged that on or about August 17, 2017, Sagastume was found to be in possession of more than one kilogram of cocaine with the intent to deliver; and was also found to be in illegal possession of three other controlled substances.
The alleged incident took place in North Providence, and the Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation. Sagastume is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on January 3, 2018.
