The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Samuel Smith with one count of driving to endanger/death resulting and one count of driving to endanger/personal injury resulting.
It is alleged that on or about August 30, 2017, Smith drove recklessly and was involved in a crash with another vehicle that caused the death of Lawrence Castonguay and seriously injured Marie Castonguay.
The alleged incident took place in Glocester and the Glocester Police conducted the investigation. Smith is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 7, 2018.

The Johnston Police conducted the investigation. Reyes is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on Februa 7, 2018.

The alleged incidents took place in Cumberland and the Cumberland Police conducted the investigation. Fagundes is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 7, 2018.

The alleged incidents took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Alvarez is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 7, 2018.

The alleged molestation took place in Pawtucket and the Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Rainey is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 7, 2018.

The alleged incidents took place in Cranston and the Cranston Police conducted the investigation. Horton is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 7, 2018.
