Interim Report of the Providence County Grand Jury (Reported May 16, 2018)

Alexandro Brown (age 20) No Permanent Address P1-2018-1259AG

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Alexandro Brown with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts of discharging a firearm while committing a crime of violence, and one count each of possession of a firearm without a license, possession of a controlled substance, and vandalism.

It is alleged that on or about March 12, 2018, Brown, using an unlicensed firearm, shot at a male, injuring him, and pointed a gun at a female, and vandalized a vehicle. It is further alleged that Brown was found to be in illegal possession of Alprazolam, a controlled substance.

The alleged incidents took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Brown is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 23, 2018.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Cedric Dalomba with one count each of murder, burglary and conspiracy, two counts of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence, and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm without a license; and Rasheid Lebron with one count of conspiracy.

It is alleged that on or about November 25, 2017, Dalomba and Lebron conspired to commit a felony assault and did commit a felony assault against two males who Dalomba was acquainted with inside their apartment in Pawtucket. It is further alleged that during the course of the burglary, Dalomba assaulted and shot at the two men using an unlicensed firearm, resulting in the murder of one, Marcelino Debarros, and injuring the other.

The alleged incidents took place in Pawtucket and the Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Dalomba and Lebron are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 23, 2018.
