The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging David Delgado with one count first degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about multiple dates from April 1, 2016 through April 6, 2018, Delgado, molested a child 14 years of age or under.
The alleged incidents took place in Woonsocket and the Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Delgado is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 11, 2018.
