The Statewide Grand Jury reported out a secret indictment charging Aaron Tack with one count of first degree sexual assault, one count of second degree sexual assault, and one count of second degree child molestation.
It is alleged that on or about dates between March 1, 2015 and June 30, 2015, Tack sexually assaulted a female; and on or about dates between September 1, 2011 and November 30, 2011, he molested the same female when she was 14 years of age or under.
Tack was arrested and arraigned on November 20 in Kent County Superior Court. He was ordered held without bail and is scheduled for a bail hearing on December 4, 2018.
