On August 1, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Ashley Weaver with one count of first-degree robbery, one count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence, one count of possession of a firearm after a conviction of a crime of violence, one count of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, one count of possession of a firearm without a license, one count of simple assault, and one count of resisting arrest.
The alleged acts occurred in the city of Providence on diverse dates between May 19, 2019 and June 6, 2019. The Rhode Island State Police and the Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Pawtucket sometime on May 16, 2019. The Pawtucket Police Department conducted the investigation.
The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on August 21, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.

On August 1, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Marcos Garcia Solis with two counts of first-degree child molestation, one count of first-degree sexual assault, one count of kidnapping, and one count of obstructing a police officer
The alleged acts occurred in the city of Providence on diverse dates between January 1, 2011 and August 31, 2017. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.
The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on August 21, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.
