On November 13, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Antonio Batista with two counts of first-degree child molestation and four counts of second-degree child molestation.
The alleged acts occurred in the city of Providence on diverse dates between August 18, 2018 and June 24, 2019. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.
The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on December 4, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.
