Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 8:51AM Troopers arrested Sarah Dixon, age 39, of 304 Tiogue Avenue, Apartment D, Coventry, RI on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating from the State Police Wickford Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and later released.

At 9:17AM Troopers arrested Alan Reynoso, age 28, of 242 Adelaide Avenue, Apartment #2, Providence, RI on a Providence Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the charge of Manufacturing / Delivery / Possession with Intent to Distribute – Schedule I/II originating from the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.

At 2:20AM Troopers arrested Rayner Santos Encarnacion, age 30, of 995 Atwood Avenue, Apartment #101, Johnston, RI on a Providence Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the charge of Manufacturing / Distribution / Possession- Schedule I/II originating from the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.

At 2:23AM Troopers arrested James Barrett, age 41, of 70 Humbert Avenue, Cranston, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs, First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned, and later released into the custody of a responsible party.
