Brian Allsworth (age 66) Foster, RI P1-2020-1081A
On March 11, 2020, the Statewide Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Brian Allsworth with three counts of first-degree child molestation and three counts of second-degree child molestation.
The alleged acts occurred in the towns of West Warwick and Scituate on diverse dates between July 2, 2011 and July 2, 2015. The West Warwick and Scituate Police Departments conducted the investigation.
The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on April 1, 2020 in Providence County Superior Court.
