At 12:20 AM, Troopers arrested Anthony Momplaisir, age, 43 of 519A Dexter Street, Providence, Rhode Island for: 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Chemical Test Refusal. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue in the City of Cranston. Momplaisir was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
