DCYF Clearance Request
This service will allow you to submit a Clearance Request directly to DCYF. Please make sure that you have provided the subject of a request with an information release form and notified them of the clearance request prior to using this service.
No refunds are available after completion of an online clearance request.

Our business operating days and hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-4:00. Please allow 3-5 business days for clearances to be processed and results emailed. If a request is received after 3:00pm on Monday-Friday, it will be considered received the next day. If a request is received on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be considered received on the following Monday.
To use this service, you will need:
- Your Facility Information: Facility Name, Mailing Address, Email Address, and Phone Number
- Subject Information: Position the Clearance Request is in regard to, Date of Birth, Full Name(including maiden name), Address
- A printer to print your confirmation page
- A Credit Card
