This portal won't have your Medicaid Renewal Date if:

  • You’re getting Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Your Medicaid coverage will continue automatically.
  • Your SSI has ended because you are no longer eligible.
    • You will get a letter with information about other health coverage options.
  • Your child is in the care of the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF).
    • Their Medicaid coverage will continue automatically.
  • You were in foster care through DCYF and ‘aged out’ of that care.
    • You will get a letter with information about health coverage options.
  • Your child was in DCYF care and has returned to your family.
    • You will get a letter with information about other health coverage options.
  • Your Medicaid coverage has already ended.

If you still get this message, the information we have on file may be different from what you’re submitting. You can check and update your information by:

  • Logging in to your account on HealthyRhode.RI.gov.
  • Using the HealthyRhode mobile app.
  • Calling the Rhode Island Department of Human Services (DHS) at 1-855-840-4774.
  • You can also check and update your information by calling HealthSource RI at 1-855-840-4774, or by calling your Managed Care Organization (Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, Tufts Health Plan, or UnitedHealthcare Community Plan).
  • You can also check your anticipated renewal date by logging in to your account at HealthyRhode.RI.gov.
